Mikasa And Eren

Mikasa and Eren - Why did Mikasa Kill Eren?

Oversimplifying things by saying that Eren and Mikasa were doomed from the start is a poor choice. So, what’s the real deal, Mikasa? In a word, Eren was indispensable. In many ways, he represented her earliest experiences with friendship, family, and romance. They stuck together through the good times and the bad.

When people teased Mikasa about Eren being her “baby brother,” she set limits on the term. But, despite sharing a childhood, they were never considered siblings. Yet they were really close together. Mikasa and Eren got along great despite their vast personality differences. Because of Eren, who helps her connect with mankind, and Mikasa, who keeps him safe. Naturally, that didn’t hold true once Eren transformed into the Titan they were fighting. Yet it didn’t stop Mikasa from trailing after him, always looking for a way to protect him. Mikasa’s devotion was unwavering, even though she knew she could lose him.

Eren’s death was at first misunderstood, and she nearly went into a coma as a result. Nonetheless, she forced herself to carry on in his memory. So naturally, she cried her eyes out when he returned. Nonetheless, I take that as a sign in and of itself. She stuck with him even when she was convinced that Eren would die under the ‘Curse of Ymir. She accepted the possibility that she would lose Eren but that she would always be by his side.

Why does Mikasa Kill Eren?

Why Does Mikasa kill Eren?

When I heard about Mikasa Kill Eren, the first question that came to my mind was, why does he Kill Eren? So, i can bet over it, you all had the same question. Here is your answer Guys.

Chapter 139 of the Attack on Titan anime contains the resolution to this and the next question. After Eren’s death, he spoke with Armin, and from that conversation, we were able to piece together the following information. During a flashback to their meeting in Shiganshina before the Rumbling was set off, Armin asks Eren why he kicked him in the ribs.

His pal tells him that things didn’t go as planned and that he got out of hand since he was having trouble accomplishing their goal of avoiding each other. Armin concludes that Eren’s motivation for keeping them at bay was so that they may spend their postwar lives in peace, with minimal remorse for having to kill their comrade.

Armin then presses Eren for an explanation, noting that the teenager would ordinarily be eager to look out for his fellow Paradis Islanders. In response, his friend tells him that by eliminating 80 percent of humanity, he made sure that war would not break out for a very long time. The latter causes his pal some anxiety. Eren brushes off the inquiry and claims he’s going outside the walls, the place they’ve always longed to visit. As a result, they are in a volcanic area, witnessing a volcano’s eruption.

Armin compares the flowing magma to a river of fire, and the conversation between the two buddies naturally turns to Ymir Fritz. In order to answer the next question, we must now pause the story and tell you about Ymir. As Eren acknowledges that he had lost control and would have killed even more people if he hadn’t been stopped, we can only restate that Mikasa Ackerman killed Eren to halt the Rumbling and preserve the world.

So, what we know about Yimir’s story is relevant to this part, as we’ve already established. Even after her parents died and her town was destroyed, Ymir still did what her enemy told her to do. After he met her on the Way, he realized that the young woman really did like the first King Fritz. This is why the rules have stayed the same for over many years.

She waited two thousand years to be set free, and when Mikasa finally did what she asked, she was free from the pain of Eren’s love and maybe other things as well. He didn’t know what Mikasa would do next, so he was left to wonder. He tells Armin that the Founding Titan’s influence has made time meaningless for him and that the Medal Ceremony gave him a look into the past and the future.

Still moving through space-time, they are now facing the ocean. Armin asks his friend if Mikasa could be happy with someone else, and he presses him about how he feels about her. When asked, his friend replies that he doesn’t know. Armin hits him in the face to get back at him. He says that after everything he put Mikasa through, he won’t accept that answer, even if she put her life in danger for him over and over again.

Eren looks sad as he sits in the water and doesn’t say a word. Armin says to him, ironically, that he hopes she’ll find someone other than a jerk like him. Eren doesn’t want this to happen and yells that he won’t stand for it. He tells her that he wants her to keep thinking about him even after he’s dead, even if that means she has to cry for ten years. Eren then tells Armin that he doesn’t want to die.

Eren tells Armin that he must die because he has no other choice, just like everyone else who didn’t want to die and everyone he killed. Eren tells Armin that he would have set off the Rumbling no matter what, even if they hadn’t helped. This is because he saw how much damage he had already caused. He tells her that he doesn’t know what’s behind this strong desire.

In the end, Eren wanted Mikasa to kill him because he knew that her act of love was the only way to free Ymir from her love for Fritz and, therefore, the only way to destroy the Titans for good.

Final Thoughts

Killing Eren and putting a stop to the battle did not bring about a permanent peace; however, the Alliance was successful in preventing the destruction of the planet. The conclusion of Attack on Titan is so shocking because it makes fun of the concept of making sacrifices while also demonstrating that there is no winning in war.
