'Wave: Surfin' Yappe!!' Announced New Anime Trilogy

In the mid of all bad news regarding the postponed and delay of series, it’s good to get some good news. Recently, it has been officially announced that the anime series ‘Wave: Surfin’ Yappe!!’ will be releasing three anime movies. The story of the series revolves around Misaki Hinaoka who lives in Ooarai, which is situated in Ibaraki Prefecture. Masaki is introduced the world surfing and its wonders when he encounters a transfer student Shou Akitsuki. While embarking on this journey, Masaki meets new people who become his friends while he learns and develops his skills in surfing.

The movie will be in three parts and the first part will release by the end of this year, produced by Asahi Production. The director of the series is Ozaki Takaharu and the original character design is going to be handled by Sarachi Yomi. Fudeyasu Kazuyuki  is in charge of series composition and Iwasa Tomoko will focus on character designs.

Masaki Hinaoka will be voiced by Maeno Tomoaki (Decim in Death Parade, Free Underbar from Fairy Gone) A PV and a new key visual has also been revealed. We are waiting for more updates regarding this wonderful anime so stay tuned for updated.
