Our samurai have last through the competition and since he is about to face his final opponent which happens to be the organizer of the competition, it’s time to celebrate Hachimaru achievement. While our protagonist desires to challenge his master—thought it is highly unlikely he stands a chance against Daruma—Hachimaru instead face off another participant and looks forward for the future combats. Sadly, in the background, we observe something unusual in this grand finale. A sniper has decided to target our samurai and a strategy in order to get rid of Hachimaru is set in motion! The organizer attempts to offer a proposal, providing money which is declined by Hachimaru in favor of saving the world with the so-called keyholder with the hope that he joins him. This ongoing deal is interrupted by a sudden voice, which non other than the ship’s AI breaking the negotiations, scans and informs the true identity of organizer as a fraud! This samurai was never a keyholder to begin with but a lawbreaker and his true objective in organizing this entire tournament was to knock out any samurai who would manage to come face to face with him in the last round. Our chapter ends when Hachimaru prepares for a fight but the sniper shoots down Hachimaru and finally Kotsuga runs towards Ann in order for a rescue attempt! Will our outlaw samurai winds up getting harmed in the process of showing off his skills? Is Hachimaru strong enough to take down this threatening samurai? This chapter of Hachimaru has left us with various riddles and unanswered questions which are yet to be answered but until this cliffhanger is revealed to us we can discuss about the awesomeness of this chapter!
Even though until this chapter the tournament continued without any troubles but deep down we knew something is fishy about this tournament. But we never wanted this to happen, we wanted an honest tournament where our samurai learns new skills, becomes stronger and emerges with new ally. However, our thoughts were right since the beginning and our samurai ends up facing a very tough situation where the threat is not just a very power samurai but also a hidden sniper…
Hachimaru gets to realize the most important and number one priority is to defend his princess and after learning he even apologizes to Ann for leaving her side. But luckily, we have Kotsuga who hopefully is able to save Ann in this situation and take the bullet for himself! Let’s hope, the sniper misses his shot and we get to keep our new ally!
Samurai 8: Hachimaru Den 25th chapter was very interesting! Since this tournament has finally showed its true intentions, Hachimaru and his crew are left with no choice but to act defensively for the time being!
