On October 16 Anime Film Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Opens

On Friday a live broadcast presentation disclosed a trailer, visual, crew members, and the October 16 premiere of the forthcoming follow up anime movie Kimetsu no Yaiba: Mugen Ressha-Hen of the television anime series Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba.

For the follow up the main crew members of the television anime are coming back. The distribution of the movie is being handled by TOHO and Aniplex.

The story of the television anime is explained by Aniplex of America in following manner:

It is the Taisho Period in Japan. Tanjiro, a charitable kid who sells charcoal professionally, discovers his family butchered by an evil presence. To exacerbate the situation, his more youthful sister Nezuko, the sole survivor, has been changed into an evil presence herself.

Despite the fact that crushed by this troubling reality, Tanjiro takes steps to turn into a devil slayer with the goal that he can transform his sister once again into a human, and murder the evil spirit that slaughtered his family.

In April 2019 a television anime was made based on the manga Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba by Koyoharu Gotouge and on September 28 the 26th and last episode was broadcast. The series has been certified by Aniplex of America and it is being telecast by it on Hulu, Crunchyroll, and FunimationNow. On October 12 the television anime was debuted by Adult Swim’s Toonami programming block.

This anime was directed at ufotable by Haruo Sotozaki. Ufotable was also acknowledged for the script. The designer of characters was Akira Matsushima along with Miyuki Sato, Yōko Kajiyama, and Mika Kikuchi as the sub designer of characters. The music was composed by Yuki Kajiura and Gō Shiina and the series was produced by Hikaru Kondo.

In February 2016 the manga was debuted in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine and on February 4 the 19th assembled book volume of the manga was issued by Shueisha. From May 1 to May 13 the 20th volume of the manga is postponed because of the consequences of the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus disease. The main manga is being issue by Viz Media in digital and print form.

A new Smartphone game named Kimetsu no Yaiba: Keppū Kengeki Royale is being made based by the manga series. This year the game is going to be distributed and publish by Aniplex. A separate PlayStation 4 action game named Kimetsu no Yaiba: Hinokami Keppūtan is going to be made based on the manga. In 2021 the game is going to be issued by Aniplex.

Two novels and a stage play is also made based on the manga.
