On 7 October Monday the anime movie Okko’s Inn will be let out in Blu-ray and DVD form by Manga Entertainment the description of story by GKIDS:
When Okko lost her parents in a terrible road accident she went to countryside to stay with her grandmother who is owner of a conventional inn which is closely located to an old spring which is famous for containing curing water. Soon Okko finds out that there are many spirits lingering over there but she is the only one to notice them these spirits greeted her, keeps her with them, play with her and also guide her to discover the area which is completely new to her. Okko is struggling to become a courteous host and has to face trials because of the difficult guests and their special stories. But soon she realizes that if she will help others it will eventually help her out. This striking tale is from Kitaro Kosaka who was also the main animator of different movies in the well honored Studio Ghibli.
The movie is inspired by the adolescent literature series by Hiroko Reijō who was the writer of the series and Asami was the illustrator. The film animation was done by DLE and Madhouse, direction was done by Kitaro Kousaka and the script writer was Reiko Yoshida.
Naruto Shippūden’s last DVD box-set will be also issued out by Manga Entertainment. It will be Box 38 consisting episodes from 487 to 500 of the series.
