Nobuyuki Fukumoto of Kaiji Ends Manga Shin Kurosawa: Saikyō Densetsu

On Thursday it was disclosed by this year’s fifth issue of Shogakukan’s Big Comic Original magazine that manga Shin Kurosawa: Saikyō Densetsu by Nobuyuki Fukumoto will be concluded on March 5 in the next issue of the magazine. On February 28 the 17th assembled book volume of the manga will be dispatched.

The manga is a spin-off of manga Saikyō Densetsu Kurosawa by Fukumoto. The first manga told the ordinary here and there turbulent accounts of an industrial laborer named Kurosawa, who needs to transform him and become famous after nobody appeared at his 44th birthday celebration.

In May 2013 the manga was commenced in the Big Comic Original by Fukumoto. On December 26 the 16th volume of the manga was issued by Shogakukan.

Fukumoto is recognized for his manga series Akagi and Kaiji. In 2005 a television anime version was made by the Studio Madhouse, in 2015 and 2017 two season of a live action series version, and in 2018 a live action miniseries was made based on the previous work. Two television anime versions and three live action movies were made based by the manga Kaiji and on January 10 the recent of the movie were released.
