On Thursday Hiroya Oku commenced the historical follow up manga Gantz:E in this year’s collective sixth and seventh issue of Shueisha’s Weekly Young Jump magazine. The story has been given by Oku and the manga is being illustrated by Jin Kagetsu. The primary chapter has a colored starting page. The series is ongoing monthly wise in the magazine and on February 6 the next chapter will start in the 10th issue.
The manga’s story starts when a worker named Hanbē approaches a young lady named O-haru for her turn in marriage, yet O-haru admits that she is as of now thinking about another man named Masakichi from a neighboring town. When Hanbē searches out Masakichi, he finds that Masakichi has a sword and the abilities to utilize it, in spite of being a laborer.
In October Oku disclosed at the Young Jump Bunkasai event that he is making a new project. The new work will highlight the comeback of Oku after six years in the Weekly Young Jump, since 2013 in which the original manga Gantz was concluded.
From 2000 to 2013 the manga Gantz by Oku ran. An anime series, CG anime movie, two live-action movies, and two follow up manga was made based by the manga. In North America Dark Horse Comics set out the manga.
In December 2017 the currently running manga GIGANT was commenced by Oku in Shogakukan’s Big Comic Superior magazine. On August 30 the 4th assembled volume of the manga was issued by Shogakukan. The series is being set out by Seven Seas Entertainment in English.
In September 2017 manga series Inuyashiki by Oku was concluded in its 10th volume. In North America Kodansha Comics set out the manga in print form and the series is set out by Crunchyroll in digital form. In October 2017 the anime version of manga was debuted. In April 2018 a live action movie version was released based by the manga.
