On Thursday the authorized website of the television anime and live action series version of the manga named Gal to Kyōryū by Moriko Mori and Cota Tomimura started to telecast a teaser trailer of the live action series. The April 4 debut date on the Tokyo MX and BS 11 for both of the live action and anime series has been disclosed by the video and it also discloses that entertainer 8467 (Nana Yashiro) is going to play the character of Kaede in the live action series. The video also shows the starting theme song called Kyōryū Agemizawa of the live action series which is presented by the four primary cast members of the anime as the unit called Kyoryū Friends.
The anime cast members are Kaede by Miyuri Shimabukuro, friend of Kaede Yamada by Yuko Natsuyoshi, Kaede’s senior colleague at her part-time job by Youki Kudou, and Kaede’s boyfriend Shōta by Seiichirō Yamashita.
The series scripts manager and series director is Jun Aoki. The director of sound is Tōru Kanegae, for sound effects Yasumasa Koyama is ascribed, the sound producer is Glovision, and the music is composed by music. The music producer is King Records. The main producers are Kotaro Sudo and Shin Furukawa. Producers are Riko Koarai and Akira Yonezawa. For the animation production of the anime Space Neko Company and Kamikaze Douga are ascribed.
The parallel live action version of the manga will have Kotaro Sudo as the supervisor of the series scripts and the production is managed by HALO.
The story of manga starts when a gyaru named Kaede gets a dinosaur and starts living with it in her room. The dinosaur eats human nourishment, stares at the TV, and even appreciates being in vogue.
In October 2018 the manga was commenced in Kodansha’s Young Magazine by the married couple Mori and Tomimura. On Thursday the 3rd assembled book volume of the manga was issued by Kodansha.
Tomimura is the maker of many manga series comprising the four panel essay manga named Bokutachi LGBT and Jitsuroku! Tō-san Densetsu.
The manga Sayonara, High School was made by Mori that is currently in succession on the Akita Publishing’s Manga Cross website.
