It has been recently announced that the comic Yakunara magcup mo (Let’s Make a Mug Too) will soon be adapted into a TV anime. The comic which is based in Tajimi City, Gifu Prefecture revolves around a high school girl who like pottery.
In addition to this announcement, the key visuals have also been revealed along with the voice actors that include Yuki Wakai, Mimi Tanaka, Rina Honzumi and Yu Serizawa.
The story of Let’s Make A Mug Too is about four high school girls who are passionate about pottery. The anime is based in a town called Tajimi City, which is situated in southeastern side of Gifu Prefecture. It is known as one of the production hubs of the traditional craft “Mino ware.” “Yaku Nara Mug Cup” shows a lively and energetic life four pottery loving high school girls which makes it a slice of life anime with some adorable girls indulge in cute stuff
The original comic was released by the local IT company Planet in 2012 as the part of the project started to revive the town in 2010. It would be nice to see the anime adaptation of this free comic.
