The manga from which this series is adapted, penned by Soda and Tomiyama, made its debut in Kodansha’s Monthly Shonen Magazine back in October 2020. Viz Media has provided English-speaking audiences access to all 20 volumes of Soda’s precursor work, “Firefighter! Daigo of Fire Company M” (Megumi no Daigo), serialized originally from 1995 to 1999 in Shogakukan’s Weekly Shonen Sunday.
