They sign up for the school’s Devil Hunter Club and are paired with Yoshida and Yuko, a gregarious student who becomes their friend.
While exploiting his newfound superhero status as the Chainsaw Man to woo ladies, Denji has adjusted to his new life as a typical high school student who attends Fourth East. Chainsaw Man Characters
A brief description of Chainsaw Man’s characters are given below:
Denji Chainsaw Man
The lead character in the Chainsaw Man manga series is Denji. He receives his father’s Yakuza debts as a young child. He joins the Yakuza as a Devil Hunter after meeting Pochita in an effort to pay off his debt. When a Devil-possessed Yakuza betrays him, he passes away and Pochita becomes his heart. He now pulls a rope on his chest to transform into the Chainsaw Man. He became a Public Safety Devil Hunter after encountering Makima.
After Makima committed suicide, he resigned from his post as a Devil Hunter but carried on fighting under the guise of Chainsaw Man in front of the public while continuing to attend Fourth East High School as a student.
Power Chainsaw Man
Power was a Public Safety Devil Hunter and a Blood Fiend. Power is immature, rapacious, and nearly wholly self-serving. She often fights as if she stands to gain and is confident in winning, and she has no issue leaving a battle if she is the stronger party.
Due to her status as a fiend, she feels the need to brag about how much better she is than the other Devil Hunters. She freely acknowledges that she has no loyalty to either humans or devils and will support the victorious side.
Kishibe Chainsaw Man
Kishibe, a Public Safety Devil Hunter from Tokyo Special Division 1, was promoted to captain of Tokyo Special Division 4. Kishibe is a stoic, uncomplicated person. Because of his incredible power and talent, he frequently approaches his profession with a cool formality and shows little emotion while doing so.
Although he often speaks in a calm, polite manner, his actions frequently reveal the extreme savagery he has developed during many years of Devil Hunting. He occasionally shows emotions, such as surprise and despair, but his face and voice are always expressionless.
Aki Chainsaw Man
Aki Hayakawa was a Public Safety Devil Hunter. He had contracts with the Fox Devil in the past and the Curse Devil and Future Devil in the present. He was murdered and then taken over by the Gun Devil, turning him into a Gun Fiend. Aki gives off the impression of being a very stoic person.
When he is around his fellow Devil Hunters, he presents a mature and somewhat gruff persona; nevertheless, he is truly quite sensitive. He tends to become attached to people easily and despises seeing them suffer, especially his close pals.
Makima Chainsaw Man
Makima adopted Denji as her pet human. Later it is revealed that she is the Control Devil, a representation of the dread of dominance or conquest. She is the Public Safety Saga’s primary antagonist. She dies and then reincarnates as Nayuta. Makima appears to be a nice, kind, outgoing, and cheerful woman.
She smiles almost constantly and exudes confidence even in the face of adversity. However, she just uses this as a front to achieve her ultimate objective.
Himeno Chainsaw Man
Himeno, a Public Safety Devil Hunter who was a member of Makima’s elite unit. Together, they were known as Aki Hayakawa. In comparison to the freshmen working under her, Himeno was seen as a responsible and knowledgeable superior. She generally exudes positive energy and was able to maintain her composure in the face of intense pressure, such as the opening exchanges of her group’s conflict with the Eternity Devil.
Himeno encouraged Denji by giving him a french kiss, suggesting that she was at least somewhat aware of those around her and was prepared to use unconventional methods to get the greatest results from him.
Reze Chainsaw Man
Reze, is a Bomb Devil hybrid from the Soviet Union who was sent to Japan with the objective of seducing the Chainsaw Man. She is the main antagonist in the story arc of the same name. When Reze and Denji share a cup of coffee in the café she used to work at, it is clear that she has a crush on him right away.
Reze first presents herself as a nice and lovely girl who has a crush on Denji soon after they first meet. She is shown laughing at his jokes and approaching him for close-up and private moments.
