She confronted Jiraia with the intention of obtaining this wish, and he gave her his word that he would be her mentor and teach her ninja techniques. Miyuki Shiba – Mahouka Koukou no Rettoussei

Rem – Re Zero
Rem is one of two strange twins with colorful hair who work as maids at Roswaal Manor. Rem will become such a beloved character that she will incite wars between her fans and Emilia-lovers. Rem distrusts Subaru because he killed him in past lives. Rem eventually develops feelings for Subaru.
Subaru is captured by Petelegeuse, and Rem rescues him. She bets her life on this siege, but is tortured and killed. She frees Subaru and confesses her love with her dying breath. Rem’s selfless acts set her apart from her pink-haired sister, Ram (at least in season one). Rem’s love extends beyond her family, bringing relief to those in her care.
Haru Onodera – Nisekoi
We also underestimate the roles that supporting characters play. We tend to ignore the subplots in favor of the main action since our attention is constantly drawn to the protagonists and their plight. Here, we’d like to examine the predicament of a minor character. Haru may not be Raku’s first choice because of her obvious flaws.
While the main plot is being developed, the first part of the anime focuses on Haru’s attempts to dissuade her older sister Kosaki from becoming friends with Raku. Due to a misunderstanding, Haru saw Raku as a villain who wanted to ruin her sister’s good name.
Mirajane Strauss – Fairy Tail
Mirajane is included, but the full Strauss sibling three is adorable. I really enjoy how Mirajane changed following “the incident” and how Elfman restored control at that precise moment. Because in my opinion that demonstrates how much these three value one another. After that, Mirajane changed into such a submissive and gentle person. a mother figure for the whole guild, almost.
However, if someone dared to touch her friends or siblings, she might also go full mother bear mode.
Shiro – No Game No Life
Sister Blank and her brother Sora are the show’s protagonists, and together they make up the deadly gaming team known simply as Blank. While they are equally bright, Shiro is typically the more level-headed and analytical of the two.
They are mutually dependent on each other, and she suffers from a severe case of sibling rivalry. If they are apart for any length of time, one or both of them will experience a nervous breakdown. Maki tries twice as hard to ensure she’s not a burden in battle. Maki effortlessly defeats Kasumi utilizing her weapons and battle techniques. Mai is Maki’s twin. Mai still resents Maki and looks down on her.
Mai never got over Maki’s abandonment (Mai not being strong enough to leave of her own accord). Mai is harsh and arrogant; she doesn’t care what others think, unlike Maki. She teases Kugisaki and Megumi over Itadori’s death and calls her weak. Despite insults, Maki prevails almost often. She doesn’t dislike her sister but understands her feelings. She’s Mai’s and the other sorcerers’ big sister.
Kohaku – Dr. Stone
A generation of humans who have no memory of our world is born from the ashes of our civilization after the population of the globe has been turned to stone and the world has descended into the chaotic jungle it once was. Kohaku is one such girl who, thanks to Senku’s scientific brilliance, is rescued and eventually becomes friends with a relic from the world of her ancestors. Kohaku is similar to the rest of these cave dwellers. She is enamored with everything Senku says and makes, yet she often resorts to physical force in an attempt to resolve her issues. Kohaku is vastly distinct than her sick older sister Ruri.
We learn that Kohaku was doing her regular ritual of arranging things to help her sister recover when she accidentally stood in Senku’s way. Kohaku has tremendous loyalty, both to her sister and to the people of her nation. She anticipates pushback from Senku but is unfazed because she has complete confidence in her judgment. Kohaku also adds much-needed strength to an otherwise weak squad composed of numerous timid scientists, an elderly pensioner, and a girl wearing a watermelon on her head.

Nezuko Kamado has won fans with her cute grunts and personality despite having few lines. She rides on Tanjiro’s back during the day, but she’s no burden. She’s a fighter. Demon Slayer is about sibling love. Nezuko’s actions mirror Tanjiro’s unconditional familial bond. Tanjiro and Nezuko’s best fights show how far they’ll go for each other. Without Nezuko’s Demon Arts support, Tanjiro would not have survived as long with Rui.
