The story is set in a fictional world which is inhibited by the people with wonderful magical abilities. Two friends, Asta and Yuna lives in a church as they are left by their parents. One of them have magical powers but the other friends have no such abilities. Asta feels an outsider because of having no magical abilities in this magical world. They wish to become the Wizard King. They both get a book to train themselves for that. Black lover is about how they develop as magicians and grow in their journey of becoming better wizard. It’s a good read and highly recommended.
