On Tuesday it was disclosed by the fall issue of Shogakukan’s Zōkan Flowers magazine that on November 14 a new manga is going to be commenced by Keiko Nishi in the next issue of the magazine.
On March 14 a one shot manga named Kaki no Hanashi (The Story of Persimmons, the image is placed above) was set out in the magazine. The one-shot follows a wedded couple who live in a skyscraper high rise, and their neighbor who moves in.
Two volumes of the four volume series Kyudo Boys, which is about the romantic relationship of high school boys group, was set out in digital form in English by JManga and after that the site closed its service.
In 2015 a live action movie version of the manga Otoko no Isshō by Nishi was made. In May 2019 a live action movie based on the manga Otō-san, Chibi ga Inakunarimashita by Nishi was set out in Japan.
