On Friday it was disclosed by the June issue of Shogakukan’s Big Comic Zōkan magazine that on July 17 manga maker Seizou Watase is going to commence a new manga named Natsuno no Kyō in the magazine’s August issue. The manga is going to have a colored starting page.
The manga focuses on Natsuno, a lady who can hear music from individuals. She sought to be a violin luthier, however wound up succeeding her family’s Kyoto coffeehouse when her mom died.
From 1986 to 1988 a television anime series was broadcast based on the anthology story manga Heart Cocktail by Watase as well as in 2003 the OVA of Heart Cocktail Again was debuted. In 1988 an OVA was made based by his manga Chalk-Iro no People. He also illustrated the image design of the 1985 movie Bobby’s Girl by Madhouse.
