MADE IN ABYSS: Dawn of the Deep Soul Set To Release In North American

It has been announced by Sentai that MADE IN ABYSS: Dawn of the Deep Soul which is the much-awaited sequel of the popular MADE IN ABYSS series, will be released in United States on 11th April 2020. It will be premiered in Anime Boston before releasing all over the US in theatres. Moreover, two exclusive extras will also be premiered which include animated shorts from “Marulk’s Daily Life”.

Dawn of the Deep Soul follows the incredible adventurous journey of young adventurers Rigo and Reg who are accompanied by a new friend Nanachi as they go deep into deceitful fifth layer of the Abyss, the Sea of Corpses. They meet a strange Bondrewed, a great White Whistle who seems to have some connections with the problematic past of Nanachi. Although Bondrewd seems generous and they also get close to his daughter, Prushka, these courageous adventurers have to be cautious and they know anything can happen in this treacherous Abyss.

MADE IN ABYSS is produced by Kinema Citrus. The director of the series Masayuki Kojima has directed Dawn of the Deep Soul. Hideyuki Kurata is the scriptwriter. The voice actors of the anime has returned to play their respective roles in the anime which include Miyu Tomita as Riko, Mariya Ise as Reg and Shiori Izawa as Nanachi. The music has been composed by Australian composer Kevin Penkin.
