Demon Slayer Anime Review – All About Kimetsu no Yaiba (AKA Demon Slayer)
The Japanese manga series Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba is penned and illustrated by Koyoharu Gotōge. The story revolves around Tanjirō Kamado, a little fellow who turns into an evil presence slayer after his whole family was butchered by a devil, aside from his younger sibling Nezuko, who was transformed into an evil presence also, he swears to figure out how to make her human once more. Since February 2016 the manga was consecutive in Weekly Shōnen Jump and till October 2019 the manga had its chapters assembled in 17 tankōbon volumes. In English the manga series is issued by Viz Media and in English Shueisha simulissued it, and in Spanish it was issued in their Manga Plus platform.
From April 6 to September 29, 2019 the anime series version was broadcast by Ufotable. As soon as the episode 26 was broadcast of the anime series a follow up movie was declared that will release in 2020.
At the 2019 Newtype Anime Awards the anime series was honored with many different awards comprising best TV anime award. Till December 2019 the manga had 25 million copies in print form.

Plot

In Taishō-period Japan, Tanjirō Kamado is a sympathetic and insightful kid who lives with his family. He has become his family’s sole wellspring of salary after the death of his dad. Everything changes when his family is assaulted and butchered by an evil spirit. Tanjirō and his sister Nezuko are the sole overcomers of the occurrence, with Nezuko being changed into an evil presence, yet at the same time shockingly giving indications of human feeling and thought. After an experience with Giyu Tomioka, an evil presence slayer, Tanjirō is enrolled by Giyu to likewise turn into a devil slayer to enable his sister to turn human again and retaliate for the passing’s of the remainder of his family.

On June 4, 2018 an anime version series by studio Ufotable was declared in the 27th issue of Weekly Shōnen Jump. From April 6 to September 28, 2019 the series was broadcast on Tokyo MX, GTV, GYT, BS11, and on other various channels. The anime is penned by Haruo Sotozaki, along with the scripts by the Ufotable team. The composers of anime are Yuki Kajiura and Go Shiina and the designer of characters is Akira Matsushima. The producer is Hikaru Kondo. The starting song called Gurenge was presented by LiSA and the concluding song called from the edge was presented by FictionJunction feat. LiSA. The concluding song for episode 19 is called Kamado Tanjirō no Uta presented by Go Shiina featuring Nami Nakagawa. The series consisted of 26 episodes. The series was certified by Aniplex of America. it has been telecast on Crunchyroll, Hulu, and FunimationNow. In Australia and New Zealand the series was simulcasted by AnimeLab.
