On Wednesday the authorized Twitter account of the manga Takane & Hana by Yuki Shiwasu updated on Twitter along with the New Year greeting photo of the manga that the manga is entering in its last arc.
In August 2017 the manga was certified by Viz Media and on December 3 the 12th volume was issued. The story is explained by Viz Media in following manner:

In December 2014 the ongoing manga was started to be succession by Shiwasu in the Hakusensha’s Hana to Yume magazine and before that premiering the name as a short. On February 20 the 16th assembled volume will be issued by Hakusensha. The manga got the positioned in the Takarajimasha’s Kono Manga ga Sugoi! 2016 list of best manga for female readers.
On March 18 a live action net series was debuted based by the manga.
