The name and February 21 starting date for the subsequent of the scheduled five assembled movies of the anime Gundam Reconguista in G was disclosed by Sunrise. The name of the movie is Gekijōban Gundam G no Reconguista II: Belry Gekishin.
On November 29 the primary movie called Gekijōban Gundam G no Reconguista I: Ike! Core Fighter was released in Japan. For two weeks the movie was screened in 22 cinemas in Japan. The movie got the 1st position in the small cinema ranking for its two week.
In August the movie had its primary public preview telecast in Japan at the Tomino Yoshiyuki no Sekai display in the Fukuoka Art Museum in Fukuoka. On July 6 the primary movie was also screened at Japan Expo in France.
In October 2016 the anime series Gundam Reconguista in G was set out by Right Stuf on Blu-ray Disc form in North America and it explains the story in following manner:
The new period starts!
The tempestuous time known as the Universal Century has finished. Presently, humankind looks towards flourishing and harmony in the new period known as the Regild Century (R.C.). One of the most significant assets in this period is the Capital Tower – a space lift which towers over the land interfacing Earth to space. Its motivation, to ship the Photon Batteries the Earth depends on for control. It is loved as a heavenly spot.
Entrusted with ensuring the pinnacle, one day on a training crucial, Capital Guard cadet, Bellri Zenam is assaulted by an elite G-Self Mobile Suit. In spite of having at no other time experienced the G-Self, he feels an odd association with it and its pilot, a space privateer called Aida Surugan.
Little does Bellri realize that he is going to reveal certainties which will shake the whole Regild Century.
The 35th anniversary of Gundam franchise was commemorate by Gundam Reconguista in G and also noted the first come back of franchise maker Yoshiyuki Tomino as chief director of the original series Gundam ever since Turn A Gundam. In August 2014 a theatrical premiere of the primary three episodes was done and later in October 2014 the anime was started on Japanese television.
In May 2015 the nine minute short Gundam Reconguista in G: From the Past to the Future was telecast at the Gundam Front Tokyo’s Wall-G Theater at Diver City Tokyo.
